My Approach

I believe in meeting each client where they are in their mind, body, spirit relationship. My approach is collaborative in nature; I work with each client to help them develop a path towards independence, resilience and a sustainable shift in symptoms. The range of modalities I work with allows me to combine or hybridize them to meet a client’s unique needs.

I have experience working with a wide range of conditions. Some areas of particular interest are: aging well, arthritis, autoimmune diseases, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, disordered breathing patterns, Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes & hypermobility, frozen shoulder, functional movement, joint replacements, meditation and meditation injury, pelvic floor dysfunction & pain, PTSD, and surgical recovery. If you would to discuss whether my work is a good fit for your particular concern, please schedule a free twenty-minute consultation.

“Working with Ellen one-on-one was an incredible deep dive into self-knowledge through experiencing my body. Where Ellen shines is her talent for creating a space for exploration that is gentle, honest, safe, and empowering all at once. Ellen’s knowledge and expertise are clear, but her approach is one of partnership. And it works! I clearly see the physical and emotional results.”
